ભારતના નવા કાયદાથી એપલ ડર્યું! 3 લાખ 20 હજાર કરોડની પેનલ્ટીનો ખતરો, સમગ્ર મામલો ચોંકાવનારો
અમેરિકન ટેક કંપની Appleની મુશ્કેલીઓ ભારતમાં વધી શકે છે. એજ કારણ છે કે કંપની નવા નિયમોનો વિરોધ કરી રહી છે અને તેને ચેલેન્જ કરવા માટે કોર્ટ સુધી ચાલી ગઈ છે. જોકે, એપલ પર ભારતમાં અત્યાર સુધી કોઈ નક્કી દંડ લગાવવામાં આવ્યો નથી. પરંતુ એન્ટી કમ્પટીશન ઍક્ટમાં ફેરફારના કારણે તેના પર 38 અરબ ડૉલર્સની પેનલ્ટીનો ખતરો મંડરાઈ રહ્યો છે. તેને ભારતીય રૂપિયામાં બદલીએ તો લગભગ 3 લાખ 20 હજાર કરોડ રૂપિયા થાય છે.
